Part Time Company Health Registered Nurse New

Part Time - Company Health Registered Nurse needed for a contract work opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Work 3-4 days a week (between Monday and Friday) typically 7:30am to 4:00pm shifts but may vary

Top Skills You Should Possess:

• RN Registered nurse in CA (Active and in Good Standing)
• Occupational health experience preferred, or relatable experience such as employee health/nursing, ER nursing, school nursing, and correctional nursing
• At least (3-4) years of clinical experience as an RN
  

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Nursing assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns as sole clinical provider during the shift
•  Provide medical testing such as EKGs, pulmonary function, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, vision and hearing screening and perform limited interpretation of tests
• Provide wellness materials/information
• Refer to higher level of care
• Respond to emergencies and provide emergency medical care for employees onsite
  

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Active RN license in CA
• Must have strong communication skills, problem solving skills, computer skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred Certified Occupational Health Nurse
